Position: Merchandiser Supervisor - Home Depot Program
Location: Kelowna and Interior, BC
Wage: $24.00-$25.00/hour
Hours: Variable (based on seasonal demand - full-time in peak season, part-time (20 hours/week) for theremainder of the year)

center operations running smoothly during the busy season.

About the Role
Rainbow Greenhouses is hiring a Merchandiser Supervisor to oversee our Home Depot garden
center program through the busy spring season and beyond. This is a permanent position;
hours vary based on demand, and full availability is preferred.

This position supports merchandising teams across multiple Home Depot Garden Center
locations. You will step in to cover absences, assist during high-volume periods, help resolve
store-level challenges, and maintain your own assigned stores to a high merchandising
standard.This role is ideal for someone dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working both
independently and as part of a fast-paced seasonal team in outdoor environments.

What You'll Do
Support multiple Home Depot garden center locations as needed
Cover merchandiser shifts due to absences or scheduling gaps
Assist merchandisers during peak periods and vacations
Merchandise and maintain outdoor plant displays to company standards
Rotate, cull, and care for live goods
Build, restock, and organize displays
Ensure garden centers are clean, organized, and customer-ready
Troubleshoot and resolve store-level issues
Communicate updates, photos, and reports to leadership
Travel between store locations (mileage reimbursed)
Participate in the hiring process
Adapt to changing daily and seasonal priorities
