Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work outdoors with one of the fastest-growing companies in the landscaping and property maintenance industry?


Canadian Property Stars is a leading Canadian property maintenance company and is now hiring to fill 30 Sales & Service positions for the upcoming season at our Edmonton location.


What You’ll Be Doing

This is a sales-focused, hands-on outdoor role. Employees are responsible for selling and servicing residential property maintenance services, including:

  • Spring: Lawn aeration and lawn care services
  • Summer: Driveway sealing and window washing

You’ll work directly with homeowners, generate your own sales, and complete the services you sell as part of a crew. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying active, and being rewarded for performance.


Compensation

  • Commission-based compensation — your earnings are directly tied to your effort and productivity
  • No fees to work for the company
  • Many Sales & Service staff earned over $50,000 annually
  • In 2025, the average worker earned $21/hour equivalent, based on commission, experience, and productivity
  • Over 80 part-time employees earned more than $20,000 between March and August

Your income is uncapped — the harder you work, the more you earn.


No Experience Required

No landscaping or sales experience is required. We provide professional training, including:

  • Sales training
  • Equipment and service training
  • WHMIS certification
