High Rise Security officers often work closely with building management and emergency services to ensure a safe environment for tenants and visitors.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a high rise security officer?

A High Rise Security Officer needs a solid understanding of security protocols, surveillance techniques, and emergency response procedures, often supported by a high school diploma and relevant security guard licensing. Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control software, and incident reporting tools is typically required.
