Job description

About HV Talent Group
At HV Talent Group, we help talented professionals like you connect with top employers nationwide. As a trusted recruiting partner to industry-leading companies, we focus on direct-hire placements that align with your career goals, values, and long-term growth.
About the Opportunity
HV Talent Group is partnering with a well-established, rapidly growing construction organization seeking an Interior MEP Superintendent for a major urban residential tower in the Miami market. This is a high-visibility role for a proven superintendent who understands complex vertical construction, site constraints, aggressive schedules, and the level of field leadership required on a serious city job.
What this role will own
  • Own day-to-day field execution, site logistics, safety, and subcontractor coordination from mobilization through turnover.
  • Drive look-ahead planning, recovery action, inspection of readiness, first-work quality, and disciplined field communication.
  • Coordinate with project management on cost-sensitive decisions, procurement timing, staffing, and risk escalation.
  • Lead field meetings, documentation, and accountability across concrete, structure, enclosure, interiors, and turnover phases as applicable.
  • Set the tone for urgency, professionalism, and follow-through across the entire field team.

What strong candidates bring
  • Recent experience as a MEP/Interior Superintendent or senior field leader on meaningful vertical construction work, ideally in Florida.
  • Direct responsibility for schedule, trade stacking, inspections, quality, and turnover - not merely support exposure.
  • Credibility with subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and internal leadership.
  • Ability to lead calmly under pressure and convert field complexity into practical action.
  • OSHA 30 required or obtainable immediately; bilingual English / Spanish is helpful on many assignments.

Why this role matters
This is one of the clearest field-leadership opportunities for a superintendent who wants a serious urban high-rise platform.
