Site Supervisor - High Rise Building - 77027

Security Site Supervisor – High-Rise Experience

We are seeking an experienced and professional Security Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at a high-rise property. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience supervising security personnel in a high-rise or commercial environment.

SCHEDULE:

Monday - Friday 7AM-3PM

Compensation: $17.00

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, lead, and support security officers assigned to the property
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment for tenants, visitors, employees, and guests
  • Conduct regular patrols and security inspections of the building and surrounding areas
  • Monitor access control, CCTV systems, alarms, and other security equipment
  • Manage daily security operations, including post assignments and shift coverage
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies, incidents, and security concerns
  • Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity reports
  • Communicate effectively with property management, tenants, vendors, and emergency personnel
  • Enforce site-specific security policies, procedures, and post orders
  • Train, coach, and hold security officers accountable for performance and professionalism
  • Conduct shift briefings and ensure proper completion of required documentation
  • Assist with emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Security Supervisor or Site Supervisor
  • High-rise security experience required
  • Experience in commercial buildings, residential high-rises, hotels, or Class A properties preferred
  • Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
  • Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage a security team
  • Valid security license/guard card as required by state law
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
