Description

The Server Team Lead manages the core server infrastructure and guides the systems engineering team. This role combines hands-on technical expertise in Microsoft ecosystems with team leadership to ensure system availability, security, and scalability.
 

Key Responsibilities
·    Team Leadership: Supervise daily operations, mentor junior engineers, and assign technical tasks.
·    Infrastructure Management: Oversee deployment, configuration, and maintenance of physical and virtual servers.
·    Identity & Email Administration: Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Exchange environments.
·    System Monitoring: Ensure high availability, optimal performance, and proactive issue resolution.
·    Storage & Backup: Maintain enterprise storage solutions and execute data backup and recovery policies.
·    Security & Compliance: Implement patch management, access controls, and vulnerability remediation.
·    Process Automation: Develop scripts to streamline server deployment and routine maintenance.
 

Qualifications
