About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Principal Analog Design Engineer to lead and provide technical guidance to a dynamic and expanding analog and mixed-signal team. In this role, you will spearhead the design and delivery of cutting-edge, next-generation analog and mixed-signal power management circuits, including voltage regulators, voltage sensors, current sensors, and related components. Additionally, you will have opportunities to collaborate with third-party IP vendors to co-develop innovative next-generation IP solutions.
You will be joining an expanding team of Engineers bringing our future AmpereOne Aurora products to life. Being at the forefront of AI innovation with Aurora, you will help build transformative products that enable companies to achieve their next-generation compute needs while meeting their sustainability goals.
What you'll achieve:
  • Lead the development and delivery of custom analog circuits in cutting-edge technology nodes
  • Work with power management architects to develop specifications for custom analog IPs
  • Design, develop and implement various analog designs ensuring robustness across PVT
  • Work with layout designers to ensure layout meets design specification and follows best known layout practices
  • Generate and deliver all physical design collaterals for integration at core/SOC level
  • Develop post-Silicon test plan and drive system-level testing with a goal towards productization
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance to other members of the design team

About you:
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Extensive expertise in Analog and Mixed-Signal circuit design with in-depth understanding of key concepts like noise, mismatch etc.
  • In-depth design experience of high-precision voltage regulators, opamps, comparators, buck switching converters, LDOs
  • Familiarity with designing in latest FinFet technology nodes is a plus
  • Experience with Cadence design suite for schematic entry, layout and Spice simulations
  • Electrical or Computer Engineering - Bachelor's degree & 12 years of related experience; or Master's degree & 8 years; or PhD & 5 years
