Palmen Auto Stores are looking for a driven, high-energy Automotive Sales Manager who knows how to build a team, move inventory, and close deals. If you're the type of manager who thrives on the sales floor, develops strong salespeople, and pushes performance every day, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed sales targets
  • Desk deals and help close customers to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Hold sales staff accountable for activity, followup, and CRM usage
  • Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent
  • Monitor and manage the lead pipeline and internet opportunities to drive showroom traffic
  • Work closely with finance managers to ensure clean, efficient deal structure
  • Maintain strong inventory awareness and merchandising strategy
  • Create a fast-paced, competitive sales culture focused on winning
  • Ensure outstanding customer experience while delivering strong results
  • Guarantee delivery includes an introduction to the service department and scheduling of the first service appointment.
  • Achieve forecasted goals and objectives for dealership and OEM sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis
