High-Net-Worth Insurance Producer

Wheeler & Taylor is seeking established Insurance Producers to join our growing High-Net-Worth personal lines practice. This role is designed for experienced producers who already understand how to build and manage a book of business and are looking for a stronger platform to scale further.

We are not a training organization or entry-level environment. We are focused on established professionals who are actively producing and want expanded carrier access, stronger support, and a more efficient path to growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new Personal Lines and High-Net-Worth business
  • Build and expand relationships with affluent clients, centers of influence, and referral partners
  • Conduct consultative, needs-based discussions to identify risk exposures and coverage solutions
  • Present tailored insurance strategies clearly and confidently to clients
  • Collaborate with internal service teams and carrier partners on placement and program design
  • Maintain and grow an existing book of high-value personal insurance accountsStay current on market conditions, products, and coverage trends impacting high-net-worth clients
  • Meet or exceed established production and growth expectations
Qualifications
  • Active experience producing Personal Lines and/or High-Net-Worth insurance business
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and sustain a profitable book of business
  • Strong relationship-building and client advisory skills
  • Clear, confident communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-directed, performance-driven mindset
  • Proven experience in insurance, financial services, or related sales environments
