Private Client Relationship Manager -Atlanta, GA

FinTrust Connect has partnered with a high-performing regional banking institution to identify top talent for a Private Client Relationship Manager opportunity focused on affluent and high-net-worth client relationships. This role is ideal for an established, senior relationship-oriented banker who can move beyond a traditional lending model to deliver planning-led relationships spanning credit, deposits, and wealth management.

Requirements:
  • Significant experience in private banking, wealth management, commercial banking, or a closely related relationship-management role
  • Demonstrated ability to originate and manage affluent or high-net-worth client relationships

  • Experience developing approximately $10M in annual deposits and $10M-$12M in annual funded loans is highly attractive

  • Strong consultative and financial-planning mindset with the ability to uncover needs beyond individual banking products
  • Series 7, Series 63, CFP, or similar credentials are attractive

  • Established relationship-building and business-development capabilities within the Atlanta market are preferred
Description:
  • Manage a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth client relationships with an emphasis on comprehensive, planning-led financial solutions
  • Develop new private banking relationships through professional networks, referrals, centers of influence, and targeted business-development activity
  • Originate lending opportunities while maintaining a balanced approach to deposit growth and wealth-management engagement
  • Generate approximately $10M in annual deposit growth and $10M-$12M in annual funded loan production, based on market conditions and portfolio opportunity
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships into investment management, financial planning, trust, and other wealth-related services
  • Coordinate with wealth advisors, investment professionals, credit partners, and other internal specialists to deliver integrated client solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive relationship reviews to understand liquidity, borrowing, investment, estate-planning, and broader financial objectives
  • Analyze client financial information and structure appropriate credit and banking solutions within established risk parameters
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline of prospective relationships, lending opportunities, deposits, and wealth referrals
  • Lead relationship strategy for assigned clients and serve as a primary point of contact across banking and wealth-management needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with credit, wealth management, treasury, operations, and risk teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Maintain appropriate licensing, regulatory standards, documentation, and internal compliance requirements
  • Report to senior private banking leadership and contribute to the continued evolution of a broader, wealth-oriented private banking model
