They often work at great heights on towers, poles, or other elevated structures to ensure that electricity is safely delivered from power plants to homes and businesses. Their duties require specialized training in electrical systems, safety protocols, and climbing techniques. High Line Workers play a critical role in maintaining the reliability of the electrical grid and often respond to emergencies or outages caused by storms or equipment failures.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a High Line Worker, and why are they important?

To thrive as a High Line Worker, you need solid electrical knowledge, physical fitness, and a high school diploma or equivalent, often complemented by an apprenticeship or relevant certifications. Why You'll Love Working Here

Whether you dream of moving up, are trying out new careers, or just seeing where life takes you, Ian's is the place to be!

  • $16-$18/hour starting wage, dependent on experience.
  • Health and dental insurance/stipend and PTO for full-time employees.
  • Retirement benefits with up to 3% match for all.
  • Flexible schedules and free shift meals.
  • $250 when your referral joins our team.
  • Join an inclusive crew committed to the Big Five: Dependability, Awareness, Connection, Generosity, and Effort.

About the Role

As a Production Line Worker, you'll create frozen pizza for distribution across Wisconsin! You'll prepare batch ingredients like dough, sauces, meats, and more. You'll assemble pizzas in a semi-automated line, package and freeze. We have a high standard for cleanliness and quality, so you'll need to follow instructions and protocols carefully.

We'll also have a small restaurant store front, and our production team will supply the pizzas for the restaurant.

This is a high-volume production kitchen - be ready to do things like weigh out cheese and top pizzas for hours! The team will support you, and we'll have fun along the way, pinky promise.

What We're Looking For

If you're a team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you! You'll also need to be able to be on your feet, standing and walking, for long periods of time, and lift up to 50lbs regularly. This is an active job!

You also must be able to learn and use industrial kitchen equipment like ovens, mixers, knives, pots, and pans. Our equipment can be sharp, hot, or potentially dangerous in other ways if not handled correctly - you must have strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and follow safety and quality protocols.

Experience is not required, but if you have worked in pizza kitchens that use conveyor ovens, food production, bakery production, or large-scale catering kitchens, we'd love to hear from you!

All applicants for this position must be 18+ years of age. All employees must be authorized to work in the US (IDs required at Orientation).

Scheduling and Availability

Our Production Facility will operate Monday-Friday from 8am-7pm. Tentative shift times: 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, and 10am-7pm. Ideal production candidates will have flexible and open availability within our operation hours.

Part-time or full-time hours are available.
