They are seeking a software engineer to lead a team in developing efficient and effective software solutions in an agile environment, utilizing the latest technologies and architectural approaches.

• We’re looking for a software engineer like you to lead a team as they develop efficient and effective software, from vision to production-ready system, in an exciting, agile environment.
• As a seasoned software engineer at EverWatch, you’ll use the latest architectural approaches and open-source frameworks and tools to deliver complete end-to-end solutions to your clients.
• Using your software engineering expertise, you’ll analyze the environment to ensure that your team’s solutions consider the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex and diverse software systems based upon documented requirements
• Experience reviewing and testing software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results
• Experience providing specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components
• Experience with Java including; Springboot, Swing/GUI development, SON serialization and deserialization, knowledge of marshalling JSON objects to and from POJOs, implementing robust solutions using Jackson or gson and Testing with JUNIT and Mockito
• Experience with Python including; proficiency with Python standard libraries, and familiarity with Python data science packages
• Experience developing with Containerization (docket) and Kubernetes
• Experience with Gitlab experience
• Experience with Niagara Files programming
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience as a software engineer, or High school diploma and 11+ years of experience as a software engineer
Preferred:
• Experience with UI Development
