Job description

Where you'll be working:

Location(s): Richardson, Texas (with future opportunity in Mesquite, TX)

Setting: Center-Based ABA

Population Served: Children ages 2–10 with autism and developmental disabilities

Years in Operation: Founded in 2022; clinic location established in 2023


What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and oversee ABA programming for a caseload of children ages 2–10
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs while providing parent training and ongoing family support
  • Utilize a combination of NET, DTT, social skills groups, and individualized programming to support client progress
  • Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director and leadership team in a highly supportive, hands-on environment
  • Help support clinic growth and expansion, with opportunities to contribute to future center development and leadership initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with families, communicate effectively, and help create a positive, engaging clinic culture


Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

Caseload size: Typically 7–8 clients

Billable hour expectations: Generally 27–30 billable hours per week, with flexibility based on staffing, supervision needs, and clinic demands

Support Structure:

  • Direct access to the owner (BCBA) and Clinical Director
  • Collaborative team environment with multiple BCBAs onsite
  • Administrative support for intake, scheduling, billing, and operations
  • Clinical Director oversight while maintaining autonomy in supervision planning

Base salary: $75,000–$85,000
