Many HHC professionals find that regular team check-ins, thorough documentation, and ongoing training help them deliver high-quality care while maintaining work-life balance.

What are HHCs?

HHCs, or Home Health Care professionals, are healthcare workers who provide medical and personal care to patients in their own homes. Their services often include administering medication, assisting with daily activities, monitoring health conditions, and supporting recovery after illness or surgery. They play a crucial role in helping patients maintain independence and quality of life while receiving necessary care outside of a hospital or clinic.
