Job Summary - Why you'll love this position
Higginsville Habilitation Center (HHC) is recruiting for an Administrative Support Assistant in the Personnel Office to be a part of a highly effective team that supports approximately 200 employees who make a difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. HHC is a state operated program within the Department of Mental Health and supports individuals receiving 24/7 services.
The Administrative Support Assistant - Timekeeper, must be detail-oriented, work well with others, have good time management skills, possess leadership skills, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
Responsibilities - What you'll do
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will be responsible for monitoring and supporting approximately 200 direct care and non-direct care staff in an electronic timekeeping system. Will also ensure accuracy of payrolls and entries into the Time Clock Plus and SAMII systems.
Qualifications - All you need for success
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of experience in a data entry/timekeeping/payroll position. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
SALARY:
  • $37,046.40 annually/$1,543.60 per pay period
SCHEDULE:
  • Scheduled to work 8:00am - 4:30pm with Saturday and Sunday as days off.
