Kettle Park Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Resident Assistant/CNA to join our growing team.
Kettle Park Senior Living recently opened in 2019 and is easily accessible on Stoughton Road (HWY 51), in Stoughton, WI. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 80-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Kettle Parkprovides a stable leadership team and welcoming staff!
Shifts Available: Full time/Part time/weekends only-All Shifts
HHA Wage: $16.50-$22.00 wage is based on experience.
CNA Wage: $17.00-$22.50 wage is based on experience.

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:
  • CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
  • Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
  • Strong interest in healthcare.
  • Positive, compassionate attitude.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
