  • Salary Range: $320,000 – $347,000
  • Sign-on Bonus: up to $100,000
  • Residency Stipend: Up to $45,000

With a vibrant arts scene, local shops, and convenient access to the New York State Thruway, Little Falls provides both a peaceful setting and easy connectivity to the surrounding region.

  • Little Falls Health Center is a (NYS) Patient-Centered Medical Home recognized through the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home standards emphasize the use of systematic, patient-centered, coordinated care that supports access, communication and patient involvement

Compensation
  • Salary Range: $320,000 – $347,000
    • This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
  • Sign-on Bonus up to $100,000
  • Residency stipend up to $45,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation
  • Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment
  • Loan Repayment may be available through Federal and State Loan Repayment Programs
