  • Provide Skilled OT Care: Perform in-home assessments to address activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental ADLs, and home safety.

  • Manage Your Visits: Schedule and conduct patient home visits based on your preferred caseload and availability.

What You'll Need
  • Valid California Occupational Therapist license
  • CPR or BLS certification
