Dual-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

About Infinity Health Community Clinic

Infinity Health Community Clinic is a growing healthcare organization dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to underserved communities throughout South Florida. We offer comprehensive primary care, behavioral health, HIV prevention and treatment, Hepatitis C treatment, weight management, DOT physicals, and community outreach services.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dual-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our expanding team. This provider will deliver comprehensive primary care and psychiatric services across our clinic locations while supporting our mission of improving community health.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active Florida APRN license
  • Board Certified as both Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
  • Active DEA registration
  • Current DOT Medical Examiner Certification (FMCSA)
  • Minimum of 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to travel between clinic locations when needed

Preferred Experience

  • HIV/PrEP/PEP management
  • Hepatitis C treatment
  • Primary care
  • Behavioral health and medication management
  • Weight management (GLP-1 therapy)
  • Community outreach and preventive medicine

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive primary care evaluations and follow-up visits
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management
  • Perform DOT physical examinations
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Manage patients receiving HIV treatment, PrEP, PEP, and Hepatitis C care
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and medical assistants
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach events
