Proficiency with data analysis tools (such as SAS, R, or Excel), familiarity with health outcomes models, and understanding of real-world evidence methodologies are commonly expected, and certification in health economics or related areas is advantageous. Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills help HEOR Managers effectively translate complex findings and lead cross-functional initiatives.
