Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with 5+ years experience and RCIS certification to work in a cardiac cath lab.

Details
  • Hospital-based cardiac catheterization lab with 4 procedure labs
  • Cardiac patient population
  • 1 team to 1 patient ratio
  • Uses Merge Hemo equipment and EMR, with Epic also in use
  • 4x10 hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Call rotation of one weekday per week and one weekend per month
  • No floating required
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in cardiac cath lab
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification through AHA
  • RCIS certification required
  • License required if applicable
  • Experience with IABP, Impella, Laser, and Shockwave required
  • Phillips panning experience required
  • Merge Hemo experience preferred
Additional Information
  • Cardiac cath lab supporting a comprehensive heart and vascular care program
  • Team player mentality with flexibility, initiative, and accountability expected
  • Ceil blue or royal blue scrubs required, with professional attire per CMS and facility standards
  • Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
