About the Role

A pre-seed healthtech startup is hiring its first dedicated marketer — a founding team member who will own growth, go-to-market strategy, and brand storytelling from day one. You'll build the marketing function from the ground up, partner directly with leadership, and drive revenue, user growth, and market momentum in a hands-on, cross-functional capacity.

What You'll Do
  • Define and execute GTM strategy across channels to drive revenue and user growth.

  • Lead branding and storytelling to craft a compelling narrative that resonates with health-conscious consumers.

  • Oversee paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), social media, partnerships, and influencer programs.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and customer success teams.

  • Set budgets, forecast outcomes, and measure ROI across all marketing channels.

  • Build and mentor the marketing function as the company scales.

  • Develop high-impact marketing campaigns and maintain performance dashboards.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2C growth marketing, sales, or adjacent fields.

  • Proven track record defining and executing GTM strategies across multiple channels.

  • Strong brand storytelling and positioning skills.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.

  • Experience with influencer and partner marketing, including negotiation and campaign management.

  • Proficiency in advanced marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and CRM/tooling integration (e.g., GA4, dashboards, CRM).

  • Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and measuring ROI.

  • Demonstrated experience building and leading a marketing function.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across product, sales, design, and customer success.

  • Strong analytical skills for testing and scaling marketing strategies.
