Use Your Nursing Experience in a Different Way
Are you an LPN who loves caring for people but is ready to use your nursing experience beyond traditional bedside care?
Home Helpers Home Care is looking for an exceptional LPN Home Care Coordinator to join our clinical and client care team. This part-time role combines nursing knowledge with client support, caregiver orientation and training, field visits, care coordination and quality assurance.
It's a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys people, problem-solving and teaching—and wants the opportunity to grow into a larger role as our company continues to expand.
About Home Helpers
Home Helpers Home Care of Alpharetta & North Atlanta Suburbs is a locally owned and operated company that has been serving families throughout North Atlanta for more than 14 years.
Our philosophy is simple: We strive to provide the same exceptional care we would want for our own loved ones.

We've built a strong reputation by surrounding ourselves with compassionate, capable people who genuinely care about our clients, caregivers and one another. As our company and clinical services continue to grow, we're looking for another great person to grow with us.
What You'll Do
You'll work closely with our clinical and client care teams to help ensure our clients receive exceptional, consistent care.
  • Conduct client home visits, wellness visits and follow-up
  • Assist with new client starts and changes in care
  • Monitor client conditions and communicate concerns to our clinical team
  • Assist with new caregiver orientations, training and skills assessments
  • Provide caregiver education, coaching and clinical support
  • Help ensure caregivers understand and follow client care plans
  • Support caregiver competency and skills development
  • Communicate with clients, families, caregivers and our internal team
  • Review documentation and support quality assurance and regulatory compliance
  • Provide hands-on clinical support within LPN scope of practice when appropriate
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for more than clinical experience. We're looking for someone who is warm, capable, dependable and great with people.

  • Current Georgia LPN license
  • Home care, home health, senior care, assisted living, skilled nursing or related experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Comfortable teaching, coaching and assessing caregiver skills
  • Organized, dependable and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently in the field and collaboratively with a team
  • Takes initiative and follows through
  • Interested in learning, growing and taking on additional responsibility
Home care experience is preferred, but we'll consider an exceptional LPN with transferable experience and the right approach to people.
Why Join Us?
This isn't simply another nursing shift. You'll become part of an experienced team that knows its clients, supports its caregivers and cares deeply about doing this work well.
You'll have the opportunity to use your nursing experience while developing skills in care coordination, caregiver training, home care operations and clinical leadership.
Most importantly, the work matters. What we do helps people remain safe and independent in the place they call home and gives their families confidence that someone they trust is there to help.
If you're looking for a meaningful part-time nursing position where your experience, judgment and relationships with people are valued, we'd love to meet you.

Apply today and tell us what interests you about this opportunity.
