Job description:
Do you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a team that delivers top-tier service? Join our crew as a Delivery Helper where your day will be a mix of warehouse organization, appliance handling, and supporting delivery operations-without being in the driver's seat every day.
What You'll Do as a Delivery Helper:
  • Ride along with delivery drivers to assist in unloading and installing appliances at customer locations.
  • Help ensure accurate deliveries by double-checking orders and confirming items with customers.
  • Safely lift and maneuver heavy appliances in and out of homes or businesses.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service during every delivery.
  • Occasionally drive a 26' box truck if needed (must meet driving requirements- DOT medical certification).
Requirements
What You Bring to the Delivery Team:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively is a must
  • Previous experience as a delivery truck helper required( 2 years)
  • High School or equivalent preferred
  • Mechanical skills are preferred
  • Familiarity with using equipment such as pallet jacks for loading and unloading
  • Ability to safely lift heavy objects UP TO 100LBS and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading deliveries
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the strictest safety standards
  • Great teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to a mix of warehouse and delivery support duties.
Your Work Environment:
  • Work in a warehouse setting with occasional outdoor exposure.
  • Physically demanding role involving lifting, kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Vision and spatial awareness needed for safe handling of appliances and tools.
