Every day brings something new as you help keep the building running smoothly-from plumbing and electrical to HVAC, pool care, and grounds work.Your day starts with a clear plan and a great team behind you-but when the unexpected happens, you're the hero who steps in to save the day. Whether it's repairing a guest's "mystery noise," fine-tuning an HVAC unit, or making a room shine again, you're all about safe, efficient, high-quality work with minimal disruption.And yes-you'll use technology too. We embrace smart systems and tools that make your job easier, faster, and more impactful.


? About YouYou're equal parts independent and team-oriented. You love checking off detailed preventative maintenance tasks, but you're also ready to leap into action the moment a teammate or guest needs you.You're basically the Clark Kent of the maintenance world-calm, capable, and organized-until trouble strikes. Then, in a flash, you transform into Superman, saving the day with your "MacGyver" toolkit of skills.
We're looking for someone with basic experience in:

  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Carpentry
  • HVAC & PTAC cleaning
  • Painting, caulking, general repairs
  • Problem-solving on the fly
