  • Performs routine audits as requested. 
  • Performs specialized or confidential administrative duties, including researching data and preparing reports as needed. 
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing Manager and prepares invoices for payment and tracks actual results versus budget. 
  • Responsible for inputting and maintaining employee records. 
  • Ensures behavior and appearance are in compliance with established standards. 
  • Maintains a professional work environment with management and staff. 
  • Participates in meetings and training as required. 
  • Maintains complete confidentiality of all company information at all times. 
  • Perform necessary follow-ups to meet established objectives and assist with reminders of commitments and deadlines. 
  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. 
  • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management. 
  • Responsible for overall licensing process.  
  • Provide exceptional guest service to internal Team Members and external candidates, to include answering questions, assisting with application process, answering phone calls and scheduling for new hire orientation. 
  • Supports HR team with additional duties and projects as needed. 

Training/Development: 

  • Streamlines training and organizational development activities aligned with the property’s training initiatives. 
  • Designs, develops, and delivers interactive training programs for management, employee, and team development. 
  • Creates training materials including manuals, handouts, and audio/visual training aids. 
  • Promotes and supports all Organizational Development activities and programs. 
  • Facilitates New Hire Orientation as assigned in the monthly Human Resources rotation. 

Recruiting and Staffing: 

  • Maintaining the New Hire Celebration and staffing tracker. 
  • Responsible for the processing and onboarding of New Hires.  
  • Facilitating the gaming licensing process for new and existing Team Members (including gaming license renewals). 
  • Works with Human Resources Generalist (Recruiter) in the planning and execution of company job fairs – on site or off site. 

Communications: 

  • Facilitates communication and information exchange that supports property initiatives. 
  • Works with vendors to ensure quality products and appropriate pricing with regard to communication materials and equipment. 
  • Coordinate with Penn Entertainment Internal Communication Department regarding the creation of flyers, posters, training presentation materials and manuals, etc. to promote corporate initiatives. Writes, edits and designs newsletters and announcements. 
  • Updating the HCCO Employee Handbook as needed.
