Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00 – $23.00 per hourShifts:
  • $20.00 - 1st shift: 6:30am – 3:00pm Monday–Friday, OT on weekends as needed
  • $22.00 - 2nd shift: 2:30pm – 11:00pm Monday–Friday, OT on weekends as needed
  • $23.00 - 3rd shift: 10:30pm – 7:00am Sunday–Thursday, OT on weekends as needed

What’s a typical day as Production Packer? You’ll be:
  • Visually inspecting bottles from machines, conveyor lines, or bulk containers and making quality decisions on each part
  • Setting up your work area as a controlled environment (attire including hats, gloves, beard masks, coats)
  • Performing housekeeping responsibilities to maintain a clean production environment
  • Maintaining necessary paperwork and records per quality work instructions
  • Supplying molding machines with raw materials, components, and scrap containers
  • Navigating SAP screens and transaction codes to look up inventory balances
  • Supporting line clearance procedures and adhering to ISO 9001 Quality Work Instructions
  • Operating assigned machines or equipment and alerting supervisor or set-up personnel when issues arise
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a High School diploma or GED (required)
  • Have at least 2 years of manufacturing or packaging experience
  • Are familiar with SAP and proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Can perform simple math (add/subtract whole numbers)
  • Can read, write, and understand English
  • Are licensed to operate a walkie truck
  • Have excellent hand/eye coordination and can lift and load pallets up to 35 pounds
  • Can work in a fast-paced team environment and adapt quickly
  • Are able and willing to work overtime as needed
  • Own and wear steel toe or composite toe shoes/boots
