Job description

Butler Hospitality is looking for a full time Receiver and Packer for our food commissary to help service our food trucks located in Miami Beach!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive deliveries from all outside vendors, directing the driver to the proper location for each stack of products.
  • Prepares orders from other Butler hubs for transport by picking and packing all items to
    match the invoice provided.
  • Perform occasional deliveries of prepared products to regional Butler hubs.
  • Inspect all items and put them away in the correct location, consolidating everywhere
    possible to conserve space.
  • Provide feedback to the Executive Chef about stock levels and items that are not being
    used in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Assist with daily prepped product inventory, rotation, and organization to support the
    prep team and Chef.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all food or supply-related areas by rotating products, labeling
    items with dates and expiration dates, and assigning locations for new inventory
    received.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Able to lift, push, and pull upwards of 50 lbs.
  • Valid drivers license and clean background check.
  • Have (or attain) Certified Food Handler’s License
