Job Title: Picker & PackerPosition Summary

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Picker & Packer to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products, packing customer orders, labeling shipments, and preparing products for distribution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, maintains a strong focus on quality and accuracy, and demonstrates a commitment to safety, productivity, and teamwork.


Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Picking
  • Accurately pick products according to customer orders, packing slips, and work instructions.
  • Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order details before packing.
  • Ensure correct products are selected and prepared for shipment.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting daily production goals.
Packing Operations
  • Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipping and transportation.
  • Select appropriate packaging materials based on product requirements.
  • Ensure packaging meets company quality standards.
  • Inspect products for damage or defects prior to packing.
Labeling & Shipping Preparation
  • Weigh completed packages using warehouse scales.
  • Apply shipping labels, barcode labels, and routing information accurately.
  • Tape and seal boxes according to shipping requirements.

Palletizing & Material Handling
  • Stack and organize completed orders onto pallets safely and efficiently.
