Job description

Job Title: Production Operator Location: Orangeburg, NY Type: Contract Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: Mon-Fri 11pm-7:30am

Responsibilities

  • Operate and support production, assembly, or packaging lines during overnight operations
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Perform basic equipment inspections, adjustments, and troubleshooting to maintain continuous production
  • Complete batch records, logs, and documentation accurately and in real time
  • Monitor production output to ensure quality standards and production targets are met
  • Identify and communicate process issues, deviations, or improvement opportunities
  • Support routine maintenance of production and safety equipment as needed
  • Follow all safety, quality, and SOP requirements at all times
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of manufacturing experience (production, assembly, or packaging)
  • Experience working in a GMP or regulated environment
  • Ability to accurately complete logs, reports, and records
  • Willingness and reliability to work third shift (overnights)
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and process compliance
  • Experience as a Medical Device Operator / Assembler, Packaging Operator, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician, Production Operator in GMP facilities, Line Operator or Machine Operator in regulated manufacturing are highly valued backgrounds
