Job description

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Machine Operators/Helpers for CNC Manufacturing Machines, and entry level manual assembly operators for growing client in ODENTON, MD.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with stable schedules for manufacturing assembly and machine operators/helpers.
Schedule - Mon-Fri 6AM - 3:30 PM with occasional Over-time available.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the machine operator and learning how to operate and verifying the quality of work on assigned machines (CNC machines) in a manner to consistently meet production standards and qualifications.
  • Follows all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines and identifies any existing or potential safety issues.
  • Attends work on time and for scheduled hours each day.
  • Accurately, thoroughly, and legibly completes all documentation related to the position.
  • Monitors product constantly to ensure that quality standards are being met.
  • Promotes teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers.
