PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with our client, a Fortune 500 global leader in industrial automation, engineering, and technology solutions, to hire a Fabrication Machine Operator. In this role, you’ll support critical manufacturing operations by producing high-quality metal components that help power innovative industrial solutions worldwide.

Schedule

Shift: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM

What You’ll Do
  • Operate fabrication equipment including cutoff saws, shears, rolls, brakes, presses, forming machines, spinning machines, and punches.

  • Read work instructions, job specifications, and templates to determine machine settings and material requirements.

  • Set up and adjust machines to meet production requirements.

  • Position guides, stops, and fixtures based on measurements and specifications.

  • Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Manufacturing, fabrication, or machine operation experience preferred.

  • Ability to read measurements, work instructions, and production specifications.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

  • Must comply with ITAR requirements.

  • Safety shoes required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with metal fabrication equipment.

  • Familiarity with measuring tools such as rulers, gauges, or calipers.

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

Pay Details: $16.43 per hour
