Job Overview:
We are currently hiring General Shop Helpers and Entry-Level Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing and production team in Houston. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing, fabrication, CNC machining, or industrial production.
No advanced experience required—we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: Day shift
- 2nd Shift: Evening shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist machinists, welders, and fabricators with daily shop operations
- Load and unload materials, parts, and finished products
- Operate or learn to operate CNC machines, press brakes, saws, plasma tables, or waterjets, Wire Splicers, Sliter, Press Machines.
- Perform basic machine operation, setup assistance, and part inspections
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures, production guidelines, and quality standards
- Support material handling, staging, and general labor duties
Required Qualifications:
- 0–2+ years of experience in general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, or shop environment
- Willingness to learn machine operation, fabrication, or production processes
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and measurement skills (tape measure, calipers is a plus)
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift
