Job description

Machine Operator


WeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Machine Operators to operate thermoforming and/or injection molding machines, trim parts, and package all parts according to company quality standards.


This is a great opportunity to join the WeatherTech Direct team!

  • The base hourly rate of pay starts at $19.00 per hour with an additional $1.00 per hour 2nd shift differential or $1.50 per hour 3rd shift differential


As a Machine Operator, you will

  • Operate or assist with the operation of machinery and equipment utilized in the production process
  • Use basic hand and cutting tools, including but not limited to hand trimming of various parts.
  • Fill out all required paperwork
  • Lift and transfer raw material, finished product, and packed materials from conveyors and tables
  • Assemble parts, place labels on products, and package products
  • Ensure all quality standards are met
  • Train new and existing team members on different functions of the production area to ensure all are able to perform all tasks properly; share knowledge and best practices to help aid efficiency and productivity
  • Comply with all safety guidelines and company procedures
  • Communicate clearly and work as part of a team
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualified Candidates will

  • Have at least 1 year of prior experience in the manufacturing environment
  • Have a high degree of attention to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Be able to stand for the duration of the assigned shift
  • Be a team player with a good attitude and strong work ethic
  • Be dependable, with an excellent attendance record
  • Have the ability to read and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions in English
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
