An Air Duct Cleaning Lead Tech is responsible for overseeing and managing a crew for and air duct cleaning jobs. In addition they will be controlling job costs, production times, quality assurance and documentation, as well as being responsible for a company vehicle and equipment.. The Air Duct Cleaning Lead Tech may have their hours supplemented by acting as a working Field Technician that regularly executes the tasks required for our services which include , , etc. This is a full time position.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production, including hands-on work as required for HVAC and dryer vent cleaning per written scope of work
  • Provide strong leadership to ensure successful, safe, timely, and profitable project delivery and completion
  • Provide on the job training for new technicians as needed
  • Manage documentation on projects (i.e. photos, contracts, etc.)
  • Ensures all safety measures are enforced on job site

Qualifications:
  • At least 2-5 years experience in air duct cleaning or HVAC services (Required)
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience (Required)
  • NADCA certification (Required to achieve full time/team lead role)
  • Other industry relevant certifications that are current that can include: IICRC, WRT, ASCS, OSHA 30, MICRO CMI/CMRC
  • Working knowledge of residential and / or commercial construction practices is a strong plus
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively in a Team environment
  • Able to coordinate a team as an effective leader to achieve production goals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Exhibit a professional, neat appearance
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs
  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record (Required)
  • Successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test (Required)
