About the Role:

Our growing State Farm agency is seeking an experienced, licensed Life Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team. This is an opportunity for a motivated professional who already understands life insurance sales, relationship building, and consultative conversations with customers.

This role is designed for someone who wants to focus on helping clients protect what matters most while building a strong income opportunity based on performance.

If you already hold your Life & Health license and have previous insurance sales experience, this position offers an opportunity to leverage your skills in an established sales environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and recommend life insurance solutions
  • Conduct phone and virtual consultations with customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
  • Educate customers on available coverage options
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking

Qualifications:

  • Active Life & Health Insurance License
  • Previous life insurance sales experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable conducting sales conversations by phone and virtually
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong follow-through and organizational skills

Compensation:

Compensation includes base pay, bonus opportunities, and uncapped commissions. Total annual earnings are highly performance-based and directly tied to production results. Successful team members who generate higher first-year premium production can significantly increase total compensation.

Expected earnings range: $45,000–$90,000+ annually
