Job Summary:
Zynga is a global leader in interactive entertainment, known for its diverse game portfolio and innovative gaming experiences. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join a small team focused on developing a new game in the casual space, where you will drive results and impact business performance through collaboration and analytics.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of cross functional developers to take features and initiatives from concept to launch. Report on feature performance and share learnings with the team as well as externally across the studio.
• Apply a hypothesis-based analytical approach and conduct experimentation. Develop expertise in core and domain specific metrics.
• Maintain focus on business goals and objectives while leading feature teams. Advocate for your team, your customers, and the business.
• Deliver detailed reporting on active experiments and game performance, distilling key observations into clear action plans that drive results.
• Work in a highly iterative and collaborative live game environment.
• Continuously strive to improve the business by playing the game, prioritizing feedback, and proactively pitching solutions and ideas.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience in product management in live free-to-play video games.
• Ability to deconstruct competing feature sets and understand the market landscape.
• Able to propose efficient, goal focused features.
• Communicate effectively in large or small group settings and to senior management.
• Write and maintain product specifications.
• Adept at filtering and prioritizing large amounts of qualitative and quantitative feedback into digestible insights for the team.
• Incorporate feedback into product requirements.
• Enjoy sharing meaningful takeaways that help other PMs and team members grow.
• Passion for games and crafting fun, compelling and exciting user experiences.
• Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
