DESCRIPTION:
Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Inside Sales Representative and be part of our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. In this role, you'll generate sales growth through virtual and digital channels while building strong relationships with customers across academic, biotech, pharma, clinical and industrial markets. You'll promote and sell our comprehensive portfolio of scientific products and services, using consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and provide optimal solutions. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage customer relationships through our CRM system, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets. This position offers excellent career development opportunities within a global leader in serving science.

Location : On site France (Villebon) or Belgium (Merelbeke)


REQUIREMENTS:
• Master's Degree plus 2 years of sales experience
• Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Biology or related scientific field

• Experience in flow cytometry is desirable

• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets

• Strong consultative selling and relationship building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities and presentation skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to develop and maintain deep product and technical knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective at working both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Ability to travel 10-25% for customer meetings and internal events

• Proficient in English, written and oral
• Foreign language proficiency may be required depending on the region, with French considered a strong asset
• Valid driver's license required

• Experience with scientific products preferred
