Join the Final Clean Team!

Final Clean is a family-owned new construction cleaning company proudly serving many of the top home builders throughout the St. Louis area. We specialize in post-construction cleaning, helping transform newly built homes into move-in ready spaces.

We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a small team.

Schedule:
  • Monday–Friday.
  • 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
  • Daily hours may vary depending on workload.

What We Offer:
  • Company vehicles provided from the office.
  • Paid drive time.
  • Performance review and raise at 90 days and 1 year.
  • Additional performance-based raises.
  • Paid vacation.
  • Overtime paid after 40 hours per week.
  • Five paid holidays after 60 days of employment.
  • 401(k) and health insurance benefits after one year.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed post-construction cleaning in newly built homes.
  • Remove construction dust and debris.
  • Clean fixtures, cabinets, floors, bathrooms, and other surfaces.
  • Ensure every home meets Final Clean's quality standards.
  • Work safely and efficiently as part of a team.

Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (vacuums, mop buckets, cleaning supplies, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Cleaning experience or willingness to learn.
