This role is based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, designed to offer a warm, healing atmosphere where patients can feel comfortable and secure during their recovery journey. Our center is equipped with the latest therapeutic technologies and tools, enabling our team to provide tailored treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient. Working Monday to Friday, the schedule promotes a work-life balance that supports personal well-being and professional development.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients by reviewing pertinent medical history, applying various assessment tools, and formulating tailored treatment plans that align with patient goals.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment strategies effectively with patients and their families, ensuring they are active participants in their rehabilitation process.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modality applications, consistently adhering to evidence-based best practices.
• Document patient progress meticulously in our electronic health record (EHR) system, tracking outcomes and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development workshops, contributing insights and fostering a culture of shared knowledge.

Our Physical Therapists at Camel Physical Therapy Solutions serve a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. We pride ourselves on our individualized approach, ensuring that we address each patient's physical and emotional needs as they progress through their therapeutic journey.

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, methodologies, and techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.

• 1-3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and rehabilitation documentation practices.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating collaboration and effective communication.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and performance.
