Job description

About the Role

AUTEC is hiring a high-output, systems-driven operator to build and improve the engine that gets us in front of the right buyers.

This role is responsible for designing and executing the infrastructure behind lead generation—using AI tools, automation, research systems, CRM workflows, and data organization to identify, organize, and stay in front of qualified prospects.

This is not a closing sales role and not a theory-based position. This is a hands-on builder role focused on creating real systems that drive revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain structured target account lists across key customer segments
  • Identify and segment prospects by market, size, geography, ownership type, and likely need
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, enrichment, tagging, and workflow execution
  • Build workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, Apollo, Zapier, Make, Airtable, or similar
  • Improve CRM structure, hygiene, tagging, and segmentation
  • Create automations for lead routing, task creation, alerts, and follow-up workflows
  • Build dashboards showing market coverage, whitespace, and lead flow
  • Identify gaps in market coverage and help close them through better data and systems
  • Continuously improve efficiency, organization, and output through better workflows

What Success Looks Like

  • Clean, structured, and actionable prospect data across all target markets
  • Clear visibility into who AUTEC is—and is not—reaching
  • More consistent and scalable lead flow
  • Sales team spending more time selling and less time searching
  • Measurable efficiency gains through automation and AI

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in lead generation, sales operations, CRM management, or revenue operations
  • Strong systems thinking—ability to turn messy data into structured workflows
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and CRM platforms
  • Practical use of AI tools in real business workflows (not just prompting)
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently and build without constant direction

Bonus if you have experience in:

  • B2B or industrial environments
  • Multi-location businesses (dealerships, c-stores, service networks)
  • Automotive, manufacturing, or field service industries
