Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (Hybrid)
Role Overview
As a Level 1 Help Desk Technician, you will provide technical support to an internal retail team. The role involves using a ticketing system to manage and resolve customer tickets, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position offers an opportunity to join and grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize ServiceNow for ticket management and resolution tracking.
  • Handle a high volume of support tickets.
  • Provide prompt and effective troubleshooting assistance to customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Deliver basic help desk functions and technical support services.
  • Assist internal employees with technology-related issues.
Required Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma.
Experience: Previous Help Desk experience is required. Experience with a ticketing system, with a preference for ServiceNow, is necessary.
Technical Skills: Must possess security certifications or be in the process of obtaining them. Applicants should have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities and be capable of performing basic technical support and help desk functions.
Additional Skills: The role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Communication and customer service skills are necessary. A positive and energetic disposition is important for the cultural fit.
Work Environment
This position follows a hybrid schedule. The work week includes two remote days on Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and three on-site days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Wednesday and Thursday are off days. The office culture is described as laid-back.
