Job description

Overview

Bowhead seeks a Executive Communications Administrator to support our customer on the PICRD II contract in Colorado Springs, CO.

Responsibilities

Provide CSD helpdesk services as available commensurate with CSD Helpdesk Administrator LCAT. Provide IT services, Service Desk, and VTC support for increased operations during Tier 1 National Level Exercises (NLEs). Complete account requests for exercise augmentee personnel from HQ USSPACECOM at least two days before NLE STARTEx. Revoke augmentee personnel access within two weeks of NLE EndEx upon notification from HQ USSPACECOM. Provide support within one hour of notification by designated Government personnel during core hours. During core hours, provide support within one hour of notification, or outside of core hours within two hours of notification. Provide Executive Communications Support to identified Priority 1-3 customers within HQ USSPACECOM and GOFO housing. Utilize a dedicated phone number provided by USSPACECOM for executive communication support. Service all IT and communications-related issues for HQ USSPACECOM mission computer hardware, software, and LANs. Provide minimal on-call support (outside of core hours) for the 10 GOFO residences on PSFB. Follow the Priority Customer table for servicing identified priority customers, managed by the Executive Communications Government Team Lead.

Qualifications

BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution fulfills the educational requirement. Over four years of technical experience. Meets the Core and Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Tasks (KSATs) defined in the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework for Work Role 451 (NIST: OV-SA-001). Experience providing Tier 1 - 4 service desk and job control functions. Experience solving issues and configurations on military devices such as desktops, mobile devices (cellular phones, tablets, MiFis), and printer management. Experience coordinating with host-bases and service providers to submit communication/IT requests. Experience performing trend analysis on fielded equipment and systems to identify adverse equipment performance.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Required: CompTIA Security+ Desired: Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a DoW Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

Targeted salary range is $90,000 to $105,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.
