What Youll Do
  • Carry/lift materials, set up jobs, and keep worksites safe and clean
  • Learn ladder safety, PPE, and basic tool use
  • Put out the company yard sign at every job

  • Call the client 1530 minutes before arrival using the company phone script

What Were Looking For
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
  • Reliability and strong work ethic
  • Must be 18+ with a valid drivers license
Growth Path
Show proficiency in sign placement + arrival onetime, arrival calls to advance to Apprentice Level 1. Every level mastered = pay raise + new title.
