Ready to suit up as a Corporate Security Guard

As a Security Guard, you'll be more than a uniformed presence, you'll be the face of security for employees, executives, clients, and visitors entering a modern corporate environment. Your professionalism, confidence, and exceptional customer service will help create a workplace where people feel safe, welcomed, and supported.

Responsibilities for Corporate Security Guard
  • Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
  • Manage access control
  • Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
  • Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
  • Perform computer tasks
  • Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
  • Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
  • Answer questions in person or by phone
Qualifications for Corporate Security Guard
  • Be authorized to work in Canada
  • Hold a valid BC security license
  • First aid certification - OFA1 (or higher) required
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
