ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 after spending eight years as a State Farm team member, knowing early on that agency ownership was always my goal. That experience gave me a strong understanding of what it takes to run an organized, productive office and how to support team members in a way that’s clear, fair, and growth-focused.
I’m a graduate of Lake Forest College, where I played football, and I’m an avid golfer who enjoys traveling and staying active. Giving back locally is important to me, and I stay involved with area high schools, sponsor golf outings, and participate in community events like cookie walks and “Snacks with Santa” in the Midway community.
Our office is a close-knit, team-first environment with a very structured and intentional workday. Everyone knows what they’re responsible for — from leads and calls to daily priorities — allowing us to work efficiently from 9–5 while still maintaining a healthy work-life balance. When we’re in the office, we’re focused, accountable, and committed to taking great care of our customers.
For our team, we offer 10 days of PTO plus sick time, licensing reimbursement, and a strong emphasis on balance and flexibility. We’re looking for someone who is personable, outgoing, a strong communicator, and self-sufficient — someone who works hard, takes ownership of their results, and values being part of a supportive, family-like team.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Blake Waller - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
