They are responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the BMC Helix ecosystem while ensuring seamless IT Service Management (ITSM) operations.Core ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex customer\-reported incidents across ARS, SRM, SmartIT, and Smart Reporting.
