From project planning through execution, PJ Helicopters works closely with clients to ensure missions are performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standard.
About this Role
Join our World-Class team at PJ Helicopters as a Seasonal Driver, operating Class 3-8 fuel or water trucks to support critical aircraft refueling and logistics operations. You'll play a direct role in keeping our aircraft mission-ready-hauling fuel and equipment, while providing refueling and rigging support for our aircraft operating in remote and demanding environments across the country.
What You'll Do
• Mission Support: Safely transport fuel and equipment to remote worksites, including out-of-state travel and support daily ground support needs of aircraft and crew members.
• Precision Driving: Handle trucks and trailers in diverse conditions (snow, mountains, rugged dirt roads and high-traffic situations).
• Maintenance & Compliance: Perform vehicle inspections, maintain electronic logs, and handle light preventative maintenance to keep the fleet mission-ready.
Physical & Environmental Demands
• Extreme Conditions: Work outdoors in extreme heat, cold, and high-noise environments.
• Activity: Frequent lifting (up to 75 lbs), stooping, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods. Frequent standby periods.
• Travel: This role requires significant out-of-area and overnight travel.
Schedule
- Seasonal: June-October (extensions through late fall highly probable)
• Flexible schedules available depending on job needs and assignments-12 on / 2 off, 14 on / 10 off, 6 on /1 off, etc.
- Remote/Field Based (Travel Required)

What You'll Bring
• License: Minimum Class-B CDL with the ability to obtain Hazmat/Tanker endorsements (PJs can help you obtain Hazmat/Tanker).
• Track Record: A clean driving record and a successful background check.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Skills: Mechanical aptitude, strong decision-making under pressure, and a focus on customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
• Active Hazmat/Tanker endorsements.
• Background in maintenance, construction, or relevant vocational training.
What You'll Get
-$540-$600 Average Daily Rate, paid hourly
• 401(k) with up to 4.5% company match (after eligibility requirements)

The anticipated compensation for this position is - depending on experience and qualifications.
