Location: Perkasie, PA | Employment Type: Full-Time | Shift: Day Shift (Monday-Friday)

commercial operators worldwide. Our component overhaul operations are critical to maintaining aircraft airworthiness, safety,
and reliability in demanding operational environments.
Position Summary
Carson Helicopters is seeking a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Component Overhaul
Mechanic. The selected candidate will receive paid, on-the-job training while assisting with the disassembly, inspection,
cleaning, repair, and reassembly of aircraft dynamic components in accordance with FAA regulations, OEM maintenance
manuals, and Carson Helicopters-approved processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Disassembly and reassembly of aircraft dynamic components including rotor systems, gearboxes, transmissions, actuators,
dampers, and other load-bearing assemblies
- Cleaning, preparation, and preservation of parts for inspection and overhaul
- Identification of serviceable and non-serviceable conditions per FAA, OEM, and company criteria
- Documentation of work using shop travelers, work orders, and digital systems
- Operation of hand tools, measuring equipment, and basic shop machinery
- Adherence to standard operating procedures and safety requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Previous mechanical experience is a plus
- Enrollment in or completion of an A&P; program preferred but not required
