Job description

SubStruct LLC is a construction company providing aggregate pier, rigid inclusions, and helical pier installation. We are looking for a full-time Laborer/Equipment operator to join our team. We have an immediate need in our Coweta, OK office. The emphasis of this position will be to install piers and piles for new commercial construction, serving over half of the US. This position will require travel and overnight stay.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate in this position will perform the following duties:



  • Operate heavy equipment.
  • Good verbal communication with site and office personnel.
  • Independently operating and maintaining required equipment.
  • Adhere to required safety procedures and standards.
Requirements

Requirements for this position include:



  • The ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.
  • Ability to work outside, at construction project sites, in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work early mornings and late afternoons with occasional overtime, weekends, travel out of town, overnight to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Must have good written, organizational, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
